New Year, New Outlook, New You

4 January, 2007 (17:55) | Misc. | By: megbarber

The holiday season has come to an end and the 2007 is upon us. Now is the perfect time for personal reflection on your self, your business and your goals for the upcoming year.

First, take the time to evaluate your outlook on the previous year.  How did you fair in this last year? Did you attain any personal or professional goals set for 2006? What goals did you not reach in 2006?  What can you do to make the year 2007 better?

Now is the best time to start outlining your goals for 2007.  The simple way to get started is to write down a list of personal and professional goals you can reasonably attain within the next year. Then write down a plan on how you are going to go about attaining each of your goals. Post your list on your bulletin board or on the first page of your day planner to continually remind yourself what you need to do and how your’re going to get there.  And don’t forget to reward yourself once you reach those goals.
