For those clients that aren’t looking for a long term partnership with a retainer but want assistance on a per listing basis, BVAS offers flat-fee Listing Coordination plans.

A one-time $125.00  set-up fee is required for development of listing action plan and custom designing of all templates and pre-listing presentations.
