Barber Virtual Assisting Solutions fees for virtual assistant services range from $30.00 - $40.00 USD per hour*.  We have plans that fit every budget including retainer plans offered at a discount, or we offer  specialized plans at a flat fee. Retainer Plans

Barber Virtual Assisting Solutions offers retainer plans for clients who can commit to a set minimum of hours per month at a discounted hourly rate. Retainer clients can enjoy all services BVAS provides. These clients retain time paid in advance every month. Additional hours will be billed at the same retainer rate. Unused time does not roll over to the next month. 3 Month minimum contract is required.

Silver Plan - 10 hours per month

Gold Plan - 20 Hours per month

Platinum Plan - 40 hours per month

*Transaction Coordination is not included in retainer plans (see Transaction Coordination Plans)

Hourly Pay As You Go Plan

The hourly PAYG plan is a flexible plan for clients who are not really sure how much time they will need each month. The PAYG rate is the regular hourly rate of $40 per hour. 2 hour minimum is required each month service is provided. Payment in advance is not required.

Per-Project Plan

Quotes for services on a per project basis will be provided and based upon the scope and complexity of the project, estimated time and cost. A 50% deposit is required prior to work being started. Final balance is due upon completion of project.

Transaction Coordination Plans

For those clients that seeking only Closing Coordination services, BVAS now offers Full Service Transaction Coordination. We handle everything for your transactions from initial contract to closing.

An initial one-time set-up fee is due prior to the start of the first transaction. This fee is non-refundable and will cover the development of action plans (checklist), compiling necessary vendors, entering contacts, uploading generic documents, etc.

Per Transaction Fees vary depending on the complexity of client’s specific action plan, so one must call us at 856-896-0318 for a custom quote.

Clients will be responsible for purchasing their own Online Transaction Coordination program if applicable

Listing Coordination Plans

For those clients that aren't looking for a long term partnership with a retainer but occasionally need assistance for a new listing, BVAS now offers flat-fee Listing Coordination plans.

A one-time set-up fee is required for development of listing action plan and custom designing of all templates and pre-listing presentations. 

Per listing fees range from $150 - $250 per listing

Fees depend on the complexity of client’s listing plan. Please call us at 856-896-0318 for a custom quote.

**Printing Costs of marketing materials not included (see expenses)

Expenses

Any expenses acquired specific to the operation of a client’s business, including, but not limited to: printing, postage, letterhead, stationary, office supplies specific to client’s needs, long distance calls, and necessary software; will be billed to the client.

 

All services are billed in 1/4 hour increments.
