- 10-Post Package – $499
Provide us with your topics and notes and we will set your blog in motion with 10 new posts for you. This package includes 10 blog postings consisting of 350-450 words each plus a headline and one revision. If notes are not provided, research of your topics is available at $60 per hour.
- Individual Blog Posts – $55 each
Give us your topics and notes, and let us come up with stellar posts for you real estate blog. Includes headline and 350-450 and one revision of copy. If notes are not provided, research of your topics is available and will be billed at $60 per hour.

Website Copy
Have a new website with pages that need content? Or have an existing site that needs to be edited and rewritten? We have several options to fit your needs. Fees below account for standard web pages that are approximately 450 words and includes interview with client, headlines, subheads, title tags and body copy with two revisions of all components. Additional charges apply for web pages of more than 475 words.
- 1 Page – $225
- 2-4 Pages- $200 per page
- 5+ Pages – $175 per standard size web page

BVAS includes 2 options for your newsletter content needs. Have a fresh, new, fully researched article to plug into your newsletter, or let us edit an existing article for you. Prices include one revision.
- Newly Written Articles – Billed at $80 per hour
- Editing of Existing Articles – Billed at $60 per hour
Press Releases
- 1 page Release – $150 – Includes one revision
- 2 page Release – $200 - Includes one revision
Rates are subject to change. All hourly charges are billed in quarter-hour increments. A 30-50% deposit is required prior to start of writing projects. Turnaround times vary depending on the service, the amount contracted to be written and the timely manner in which clients submit topics and notes.
