Basic Package

  • WordPress installation and set up permalink structure, general settings, etc.
  • StudioPress AgentPress theme installation with Property Search widget included at no additional charge. Themes other than StudioPress must be purchased by client
  • Installation of your logo, or header created using royalty free image, to match your theme and/or business colors
  • Site colors customized to complement logo/header colors (navigation bar, category bar, widget titles, post titles, comment box, page and post titles, etc.)
  • Basic plug-ins installed and configured: Google Sitemaps, Google Analytics, firewall, exploit scanner
  • Contact form setup
  • FREE favicon creation and installation
  • Footer design credit must remain intact and be part of contract

Deluxe Package

Includes all of the elements from the Basic Package plus:

  • Opt-in newsletter box setup (code provided by your email newsletter provider)
  • Installation of four affiliate ads (code provided by you)
  • Akismet configured with your API key
  • Website stats plug-in installation and configuration
  • Custom graphic/background for widget title sidebars
  • Anti-spam and Feedburner Feedsmith plug-in installation and configuration (Google/Feedburner account is required)
  • Add Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & ActiveRain icons linked to your page(s)
  • IDX Solution Integration (IDX solution must be provided and purchased by client)
  • Google analytics set up in your existing Google Account
  • Select “ping” sites and Robot meta file added
  • Website “How-To” Manual in PDF form

Packages do NOT include creating pages (other than those created by installation) or entering client provided content. For addition of content and ongoing maintenance, there is the A La Carte maintenance option or client is encouraged to utilize our retainer packages for a discounted rate.

A La Carte

Backup Buddy Plug-in (purchased under client’s name), installation and setup (backs up your entire WordPress install – including the widgets, themes, plug-ins AND SQL database) – $55

Customer Twitter Background to complement website – $60

YouTube Channel Background and theme setup to match website – $70

Facebook Fan Page Banner – $30

Newsletter customization to complement website – $50

468×60 animated banner (up to 3 frames) – $60

Detailed SEO for individual pages and competitor research: $50 per hour

Installation of additional affiliate ad codes (code provided by you) – $12 each (under 15); $6 each for 16 or more

Ongoing website/blog update/maintenance & image resizing/optimization: $45/hr (1/2 hr. minimum) **Discounted Monthly Retainer options available.**

Update/maintenance is defined as keeping the site current, adding client-supplied content/listings, updating plug-ins and troubleshooting any problems that may arise. It is not intended to be a redesign or revamp.

Services not listed here but requested will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Contract and 50% deposit required before work commences.

14-21 days for template design completion (I try to keep it to 2 weeks and under)

**Purchase of Hosting, external IDX Solutions, and the use of premium themes other than StudioPress are the responsibility of the Client and not included in our package pricing. Please ask us for our Recommended vendors.**
